Are your products ready stock or pre-order?

Almost all of our products are ready stock, unless it is stated otherwise. If it is available for pre-order, it will be written on the description.

Can I make a custom order (different size/color/model)?

Unfortunately, we are not able to take custom orders. This is because, we produce all our clothing in batches to increase efficiency and provide the best value and affordable prices.

Is it possible to keep my order to be shipped later?

Yes, just leave a request on the “special instructions” box regarding when you prefer it to be shipped out. However, you must complete payment for us to be able to keep your order.

Do you provide greeting cards if my order is a gift?

Yes, in the payment confirmation form, select tick box for a gift, and write down your message in the section below for us to write in the greeting card. If you would like a blank greeting card instead or other requests, simply write down in the notes section in the payment confirmation form.

The item I want is sold out. Will it be restocked?

Most of the time, we do not restock sold out items. But worry not! You can input your email and phone number so you will be notified if the product you want is back in stock. Meanwhile, check out our New Arrivals because we always update our collections with new and fresh models!

How do I care for my Poppuri clothes?

Since we use a lot of delicate fabrics, we recommend you to dry clean or laundry your Poppuri clothes. If both options are unavailable, you can hand-wash them, but make sure to be extra careful around more delicate parts such as the beaded area and the accessories. For ironing, use low heat. For optimal results, we recommend you to use the steamer.

Do you have any offline stores?

No, we currently do not have any offline stores. Any offline stores using our name or selling similar products are not affiliated with us. It doesn’t mean we are not planning on opening an offline store in the future. When we do open one, we'll be sure to inform you all.
